Our mortgage program is not just for first-time homebuyers. If you choose to buy in a "Targeted Area" such as Baltimore City, you don't have to be a first-time homebuyer.
Targeted Areas: All of the following jurisdictions are designated targeted areas.
- Allegany County
- Baltimore City
- Caroline County
- Dorchester County
- Garrett County
- Kent County
- Somerset County
Additionally, portions of other counties are targeted areas. To determine if a residence is in a targeted area,
refer to the map.
